Well located and a great base to further explore Osaka.
The room was small but very well designed to make the most of the space. Breakfast was very good with a range of both Japanese and western food offerings. Well located near the subway.
It would have been helpful if they had advised which subway exit to take - it took us a long time to actually locate the hotel despite being close to the subway. A bit more flexibility in when you can check in would have been appreciated instead of having long lines at 3pm.

Sufficient for what I needed.
Location good - easy access to all the energy but not right in it. Convenient to the subway. Everything was clean with helpful staff. Brunch is available from early morning through early afternoon, which was a big plus.
The variety of food was plentiful but the quality could have been better. Pillows were not comfortable and the building has an HVAC system that is either set to heat or to air conditioning, so I was not able to cool the room sufficiently. Also, there is considerable noise from the on ramp and highway that is adjacent to the hotel.

For a little more. You get something newer sister branch.
Location was a little south but the train is right there and you can get anywhere quickly.
Can’t say I didn’t like anything.
